Day 23/28: Pizza

Using the dough I made on 02.22.09 – the next step was to make pizza! Overall I discovered many things, but the most important is that good dough is the most important part of a good pie. It is true that a good hot oven, fresh ingredients and love make all the difference; but a good non-yeasty dough is the most important.
