In honor of Top Chef – I’ve been cooking up quite often as of late. it’s been good fun.

I used the tomato sauce left over from pizza night, added a smidgeon of fresh cilantro chutney, mozzarella.

Finished with fresh Indian Rice Pudding – Kier.
